Why should I take that down? Firstly it was a google image (type in engineers certifcate and it is about the third image). Secondly, it is not spam - the OP asked for pictures of engineers certificates.

you can't just go to any auto eng. to eng. cerf.
you need go to RTA approved auto eng.
go to RTA (NSW), ger form 15, and see the list for auto eng. approved
