well i was changing my shifter today n i realised after unbolting the suport bar, that the exhaust pipe was in the way from get my rachet piece onto the nut. Would u think it would be easier to use a bendy extention to get to it or just unhook the exhaust? if so how do i dismantle the exhaust??

you shouldn't need to unbolt the exhaust to fit a new shifter.. But if you need to it's a **** of a job on the ground

U should be able to just push the exhaust aside slightly, its just hanging off rubbers at the resonator.

Or try just unhooking the rubber hangers if u still cant move it enough.

If still cant, a flexible socket joint will def do the job on an extension.
