but ef7 is d16a8/zc isnt it?
i'm guessing ur doin a b series swap? coz some b series engines have electronic vss on the trans which just sends a signal to the cluster (i know my b18c does)

all the hydraulic boxes have the VSS on the box, with the electric speedo.
as far as i know, all the cable boxes have the mechanically driven speedo.
hows that B18c going anyway panda, havent seen anything about it in a long time?

Hey, nah, no b series swap. Just have the JDM D15b and need the VSS signal to connect to the ECU so it will stop throwing code 17 and allow VTEC to work
