View Full Version : The main Physical/Visual difference in the ITR and CTR intake cams

OK.. for those who are looking for CTR or ITR cams here's a little guide i found on honda-tech.com.. ozhonda needs more cool threads like the ones i've found.

it's just a little guide but saves alot of searching around and gettin ripped off buying dud camshafts lol.
the lobes on the cams are slightly different from what i read aswell..


But my question is.. it shows here only usdm and jdm type r cams..
does anyone know if the audm ITR's intake cam are simliar to any of these?

and what about the 96-98 CTR cams? same different? (as the ones shown)

There was only one thread in regards to anything coming even CLOSE to this was posted by speedcore (well the answer was posted by him).. but i just need more information.

post pics if you got the actual camshaft on you. (out of the car obviously)

or any information would be good.

from those top pics, they are the intake cams. I think you mean exhaust cam.

exhaust cams are all the same arent they or very similiar?

i mean the audm intake cam.. coz up top only shows jdm n usdm ones.

its the same as AUDM cams. ITR cams has the 2 slits.

so i can safely say the the audm intake cam is the same as the 00 usdm itr intake cam yes?

so i can tag the above pic with "audm cams to"? lol
