i finally got my car serviced the first time and i found out tat the rear shocks are after market shocks...and have no idea the brand of the shocks...

would these after market shocks affect the driving and cornering of my itr??

find out what they are shauny..... like what brands they are... cuz if they're good shocks, it should be alright

how would i be able to find out?? :| does it say on the shocks?? will i be able to jack up my car to see it?? or do i have to go to a workshop??

...If suspension has a direct effect and relation to the handling characteristics of a car, and your rear shocks are aftermarket items, wouldn't it make sense to assume that these non stock items would affect the "driving and cornering" of your ITR? It's common sense.

As Ray said, find out what brand/type of shocks they are and work from that.
