16x7?
205/45/16.
Be careful with the replica's.. Some people have had bad experience with knock-off wheels.
And some people havn't..

*Sigh and a Palm Face*
Mikey there isnt really anything wrong with Copy rims but some people in the past have had bad experiences with copy rims
For your applications it will be fine (aslong as you're not planning some track days and hardcore bashing)
The tyres suggested should be good aswell
Not sure what brand of tyres to suggest (perhaps suggest what you are planning to pay per tyre so others may help)

Discussed a lot, but basically some people say that replica's being of poorer quality can buckle under a certain amount of strain. If these are for the street i woudnt be worried, just avoid potholes.
Have you looked into second hand TE37's?

Mikey, what ya need to know about coilovers?
Get some Toyo T1R's. They are great, great price, have a good treadwear rating. Great in the wet, held up around oran park race track. They do have a soft sidewall, but for the street they are great!!!
You say your rims are 16 inch, but how wide are they? 7", 8"??
Depending on this, the size which Elwood specified could be wrong.
If they are 7" wide I would go with a 205/45/R16 tyre, is it's 8" wide, you want to look at 215/45/R16. don't go out and get the lowest profile, because then your speedo will be out. Google "Tyre calculator", and you will see what size tyre you can go with your new rims.

what is way to expensive ??, i would recommend getting JIC magic suspension but it is a bit on the high side but its pretty good. but yer skunk 2 bit cheaper and its good. but if your not tracking just get d2's, they can take tracking anyway. the rims will be fine aswell, just some people smash them on the track and they complain why it didn't work as good as the real thing~
