hand brake light stay on

Sup boyz just wondering if any body can tell me how to get my hand brake light to turn off when my hand brake down... it only just happened a week ago :(:(

take the center console off and play around with the plug to the hand brake itself... er can't think straight yet.. maybe something at the brake booster.. can't remember did one on a gtr once an era ago..

brake fluid, friend had same problem, checked evrything electrical, then filled up brake fluid and it was fine
