Best oil for the gearbox is Honda MTF 06. Penrite HPR10 is engine oil, not gearbox oil.

As above guys. MTF is designed for Honda boxes and IMO is the best to use regardless of application.

Like other fluids and oils , if overly stressed or "extreme conditions" ( IE weather or worked motor etc) then just change it more often :)

The computer was WRONG. The computer is just an autobarn database entered by a person. That person made a mistake.

Use Honda MTF. It costs about $15 per litre.

Even the engine oil choise, HPR10 is wrong. You are meant to use a 10w-30 oil and can go up to 10w-40.

OEM for OEM box is fine.

If using aftermarket LSD, use other oils recommended.
