I want to turbo my car at the end of the year and I want some advice. I have a Integra VTiR with 120k on the clock and I want about the 150KW ATW. What turbo kit would do that?

OMG.JAI xD

any decent ones.
you probably can achieve that running stock internals with 7-10 psi.

if you want to be on the safe side, go get the forged components.

just dont forget the ecu.
biggest gains come from that one component =]

how much would a turbo kit plus all labour and stuff cost for a integra VTIR?

No need to forge internals. Stock motor is fine.

Get a decent turbo kit and don't go cheap.

Peakboost
AFI
Full Race
Love fab etc
Or put your own kit together

If you want to "be on the safe side" then make sure you spend some $$ on stopping and steering before you pull 150ATW!!
I would be looking at some bigger sways, stiffer springs and AT LEAST an upgrade to higher performance break pads!!

Yeah, doing that first got the sway bars and stud brace done, only need endless pads and a goos set of coilovers!

i wouldnt class it as a gain, more as a must have ecu is very important, drive the car without a tune and u will **** up something. some kits will come with its own emanage with a base map and tune, these will only work if u use the parts of that kit, if u dont it will throw that tune off

for a custom kit i would be looking into something like hondata

go the greddy kit..i have been researching kits for a few months now so i got a pretty bleak knowledge but i know it comes with just about everything and u can always (easily) upgrade parts of that kit so ur happy it will be reliable (like injectors, oil lines, bov etc)

im plugging it in my car over the next 6months as im about to start my license suspension....

full race or peakboost is prob the best kit or better make and piece ur own kit............but for only 150kw......................a simple avo or similar will be heaps and easier to source.........and much cheaper especially if you inlcude shipping and taxes from the US

I have gone for the option to do my own kit. I was thinking in getting a disco potato, will it be too big?
