Forum/website maintenance - Sunday 20 July 2008

Hi all,

An upgrade and maintenance is planned for this weekend and details are as follows.

Date: Sunday 20 July 2008
Time: 9:30am to 3:30pm AEST
Affected: Everyone. The site will be shut down meaning you cannot read/reply to threads or check your PMs.
Details:
The following is to be carried out
1. vBulletin upgraded to the latest stable version
2. Any Lounge threads not replied to in the last 6 months deleted. So if there any threads you want saved just bump them up with a reply.
3. Marketplae threads not replied to in the last 6 months deleted (only applies to Parts for Sale, Cars for sale, What/Where to buy and Wanted to Buy forums).
4. User accounts with 0 posts and who haven't logged on in the last 6 months removed (warning email sent first)
5. New Motorbike forum to be setup as discussed here (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=92508).

Post back here if you have any concerns.

I also didn't get around to doing items 2, 3, 4 and 5 on the first post of this thread due to the upgrade taking so long to do. I will try and get them done sometime this week before heading off to work (yes......early in the morning!). Be patient everyone who wanted the motorbike forum, it will come soon :)

Don't go typing rubbish (as you already have) for tags since you don't know how to use them.

Thanks for the heads-up. I've fixed that now.

Also fixed the problem with the traders forum columns.

everything is a different colour for me than usual... not sure if it has anything to do with me changing my windows theme...

Template / theme updated to be the same as before. It should all be Blue now. It isn't, click on the drop down list on the bottom left of the page and select "Ozhonda Default"

well i have some posts highlighted in yellow and pink.. and announcement stickies in a darker blue? and i'm on OzHonda default

i don't mind it, looks cool... was just wondering if it was my pc or something i did with themes... my work pc does it as well but i've also got themes so not sure if its OH or XP..

That's normal and part of the upgated forum skin that we are using.

so i click the drop box and see ozhonda default theme
i was happy
