Hey,

Anyone know a solvent which will remove the "objects in mirror are cloaser than they appear" text on convex mirrors?

Acetone and methylated alcohol don't.

Nick.

PS> Just realized it's in the wrong forum. How do I move it?

Try a wipe of turps then use a paint scraper. Do it carefully

As Above

Then clean off the leftover residue with a little wd-40. Only use microfiber towels or cloth diapers and you won't have to worry about scratches no matter how much elbow grease you put in it.

I think they might be.

Just tried using a sharp scalpel and didn't make any impact.

it's only a little thing, but I find it SOOOOOO annoying!!!!

Nick.

PS. US spec right hand EK mirrors are convex. Collins Honda charged me $30, had to prepay. Feel free to bug me for the part number.
