Hey guys,

I've seen the Spoon Street muffler on a Jazz VTi but I'm wondering if I pick one up for my VTI-s if it will be easy to install myself or will I have to modify it/my rear bumper?

Not much gain by changing muffler

just remember and keep in mind that the VTi and VTi-S back bumpers are different. The VTi-S sits a few centimeters lower than the VTi one.

in simple terms the VTi-S will cover the muffler more than the VTi bumper

Thanks, that's what I was wondering. Do you reckon it'd be ok or should I get one of those bumper protection things?

Heres an experience that i walked away with...

This was what i wanted my car too look like... its the spoon n1 muffler on a honda/jazz fit...

This is what i actually got...

but it looks simiular to this... i don't have pictures that show the muffler

Bottom line? Take a look at the differences and a hard look...

1) the yellow picture is actually a VTi-s because of the hump in the middle and because the bumper goes around the tip
2) the blue picture is a VTi which has a totally different bumper which is straight and flush like the rest of it

Now if your after a spoon street style muffler you might want to keep this in mind otherwise you'll get a huge gap (~2cm) like me
