Hey

Just wondering if anyone here has King Spring Super lows with an additional front lip? How do you guys go with the legal side of things (100mm ground clearance)?

And does it clear say .. Macca's (fully sik bro) driveways O.K?

Reason being, i have low springs installed but the front sits abit too high for my liking and have front superlows available for a good price

Cheers

is this on a civic, or a rolla?

if its on a rolla, youll be fine, i know someone with superlows that have been compresssed another inch or so, and its fine

Too many dumb nuts on the corolla forums lol. Similar dimensions as Honda's anyway. Thanks for the input. You reckon wheel size plays a big factor?

I've got 15inch wheels

It'll be offset and width that will cause scrubbing, not just the rim size.

Tell us what OEM size is, what new rim, offset, camber, spring compression and how much you're dropping it and we'll tell you if it'll scrub.

Hey mate, If it helps I used to have an AE93 SX on 15 x 6 Tom's rims, lowered 2 1/2 inches front and rear, sat real nice. I made a lip which hung about 40-50mm and no problems with driveways at all. Rear guard needed rolling to stop scrubbing.

hey T-onedc2

That helps heaps, by any chance do you have a pic?

Pretty much same as yours, i've got the SX lip as well as Cressida MX83 lip under that. The rear guards have been rolled.

Wheel specs are 15 x 7 (Tom's Racing) with a +35 offset. 195/50 tyres. Rears are low but the front could be abit lower. The fronts are around an inch lower while the rears around 2inch.

Hey MrWillz, was that you at glenny i saw a few weeks back?

I'm not sure on the offset but +35 sounds close I guess. Mine came without the front lip as it had a prang before I got it.

damn thats fkn hot lol

And i've got the exact same wheels as yours, only mines 7inch and 35 offset. Yours looks like a 38 offset. Either way, looks real good.

Btw, did you paint your headlights? cheers

7 inch with +35 offset is nice dish if your dampers sways etc aren't up to par then i think you might have troubles here with scrubbing the outer guard if your camber in not very neg. i tho don't know corollas tho.
