[CL9] carpet - clip removal

Anyone know how to remove these klips with breaking it?
This particular one is under the driver's seat. Try yanking it out, twisting it, but it still wouldnt budge....

I usually gently slide a pair of angled side cutters under them and lever them out. They are called (unoffically) "christmas tree" clips and if you break it don't be too fussed as you can buy them at just about every auto shop around.

I know I can buy clips, still got some for my previous cars... but usually I just yank em hard and they will come out. Not this one...

Flat head screw driver normally for me does the job.
