Hey guys.. i jus got some new 17" rims for my jazz (2005 VTi GD5) wit 205/40 tyres

but it seems my car is sittin bit high at the moment, so im thinkin of lowering it. I duno much about the procedures, and how much will it roughly cost?

Do i go visit a suspension shop and get new suspension?
Can anyone recommend any good ones in Sydney?

-Cheers

17", 205/40.... If you lower it, it might scrub your guards. You could get your guards rolled

There are heaps of springs out there. Kings, Spoon, Kg/mm, Teins, Skunk and etc.

Best bet is to get adjustable coilovers. :)

S tech is a bit soft and not much improvement compare to OEM springs but just sit lower.

I would recommend H tech or T1R springs for upgrading.

Also depends on the wheel offset whether or not you'll get scrubbing.

imo, skunk2 is stiffer than stock, not a big drop though, it looks so much higher than other jazz lower with tein.

Kings tend to sag rather quickly and are very harsh. Cheap springs = cheap quality. Only need to spend a lil bit more and get something much better.
