My2009 legend - spotted at the docks !!

A Customer of mine came in on Saturday asking to see the new Euro - then he tells me that he saw some new Honda sedan at the Docks but it had different tail lights (than to the NEW EURO) so I said 'let's go!!' and jumped in the car for a pretend testdrive and went down to the docks.. and just behind the fence was about 10 new LEGENDS !!!! Now as far as I know these weren't due for release till November - but getting hold of stock has been almost impossible all year.. so I think onda has brought forward it's Australian Release of the NEW LEGEND.

I took some shots with my camera-phone and so they are a bit blurry etc but you get the general idea... there was the first shipment of NEW JAZZ also but were a few rows back so couldnt get snaps of the car itself, but the new colours look GREAT !!

The US-spec ACURA version now has 3.7L (from 3.5L) with ~300HP and should feature VCM etc.

i see what you're saying - from the rear it definately looks like the ACCORD.. but my crap phone pictures dont do it justice - it DOES look pretty sculpted and fresh when u see the car in person..

the old model is very effeminate - appeals to women - where the new one is definately more masculine.. I think this car is more like a 'Legend' and the old one was more like something else.. that's if you line-up all the Legend generations side-by-side..

I think that to the people that would consider buying a Legend, THIS styling would be more suitable. Its not for us.. we're not the type who'll be forking out $80K plus for one of these..

i'll take the 300HP and SH-AWD though :P

The rear look great. cant say the same for the front especially the fogs. I'll have the current model front with the facelift rear. Any idea if it come with vcm like the accord?

yes, it will have VCM on a new 3.7L block.. 300HP apparently :P
