car wont start

Hi all. Ive got an 1989 Integra . The car starts and runs fine, but after driving it for 10 minutes or so , if I was to turn off the ignition I cant start it again. The S4 light flashes ( auto box) and the engine light is light. After a few minutes the car starts , sometimes the S4 continues to flash other times no. I replaced the distributor a couple of months ago but other than that the car has been working fine. Any ideas

then when u have got the codes that the LED on the ECU is flashing at you plus the codes that the S4 light flashes at you,then come back here & post them up.
