I've searched around the net, and was wondering how you would go about colouring plastics. I don't really want to paint them, I thought there might be another way.
I got cream speaker grills and cream rear stop light surround that I want to make black.
I will colour my cream parcel tray black using the dye method posted here!

the only way i've found to colour them covers and other plastic bits in your car effectively, would be to use Vinyl paint.. from a can... i did it to my speaker covers, works wonders!

yep but you need plasti/vinyl adhesive primer.. can be bought fro supercheap for like $10.
It's a like a glue/acid that grafts onto your plastic.. only need one coat of it... spraying vinyl paint over this will make it un-peelable
