do you reckon its worth it? and would it also help on that problem with the ct swaybar of breaking and bracket or somthing?

Worth it if you plan to run a 22mm rear sway bar.
Not sure if that will flex as much as the stock end links. If it is stiffer, then it could make the rear stiffer if you used the same rear sway bar with the stock end links.
