Hey All,

My front bumper needs some work so I was planning on taking it off this weekend and sanding it all back.

Just wondering if its ok for me to still drive the car without the front bumper if I need to make any quick trips for supplies etc?

Cheers

Cops don't really like it, but I have seen people driving around like that. Be extra careful not to bump into pedestrians because the injuries will be much worse than if you had a bumper on. Do you have access to another car to use instead?

driving with no bumper is illegal - at least in QLD - although i see it all the time.

if u need to go for a quick/short trip it only takes 10 seconds to slip the bumper into place and put the two wheel well screws in

Yah is illegal. Sorry bout that. Get one of your mates over to help you, use his car if you need?

I cabletied my plate to the bumper bar underneath the bumper and drove for a week or two like that.

DNT-CRY if you get caught though.
