Sound on coilover when turning left

Hi guys my brand new tein coilover has some spring turning sound when i turn left. Only happen to the front right one. Any idea what is it? Its like forcing the spring to turn sound.

since your jazz has macpherson strut front suspension , if the springs are not captive (alittle loose) they make noise when turning. you need to make sure they are properly held in their perches. jack up the problem side , take off teh wheel and have alook around.

apart from the reason that they are too far.. i am just afraid they say its broken or by factory fault coz everyone want to escape liability right? just wan to confirm and check.
