so the rail on my ek4 seat is busted, the 'outer' one(closer to the door)
afaik eg/dc rails will line up with these holes, only the 'inner' one won't line up with the floorpan
anyone know whether i can bolt up the eg outer rail to my ek4 seat?
specifically talking about the passenger side but presumably it'd be the same for driver side too

ive got ek4 seats in my eg.
the OUTER rails are the same its the INNER rail that needs to be swapped
you need to take off the rails , and swap the eg ones onto the ek seats. 100% works fine. you do need a small range of sockets (8mm-17mm) and a phillips head screwdriver , wont take long to figure out.
DO NOT simply swap the inner rail and re use the ek outer , the ek is actually slightly higher and you will sit at a slight angle. much like i do every day lol.

thanks for that ben
its the outer rails thats stuffed actually.. theres play and it moves up and down
i got spare eg rails and wanted to swap out the stuffed ones for the good working rail :)
will give it a whack and see how it goes
edit; any idea how much taller the ek rail is? might have to find a work around
