once the thread reaches a certain date. i.e. a month or etc. it can no longer have its name changed

must pm a panda to do it for u

i can pretty much say panda and benjamin are the only active mods
others are never around nor do anything.

After 61 days of the thread being created.....you can no longer edit your thread title (I mean why would you after 2 months?). PM a mod if you cannot after 61 days.
