Buzzing sound when car is parked.

I was messing around the engine bay earlier today installing the K&N panel filter. All of sudden I hear this buzzing sound coming from the rear of the car.
"Buzzzzzzz" lasted about 1 second. The sound is in 1 minute or 2 minute interval. so every 2 min the sound appears.

The sound is sort of adjusting something....donno how to describe.
The engine is not turn on, it was just sitting in the garage.

Sort of like if the car is off and stationary for a while the sound appears.

Anyone encounter this??

have you checked the ground for bugs? I think your'e just trippin mate.

certainly coming from the car, it's been happening on regular interval.

Disconnect your battery and then see if the sound is still there. This will either eliminate or direct you to something electrical...... Its a start.

happens to me sumtimes when car is either off or on... sounds like
an electrical buzz, not sure where its from but sounds like it cums from
the passenger side power window.. Could b the motor in one of ur windows

turns out to be a bug stuck under the car....Type R + is right...

hahahaha, I remember someone complaining there heater fan would run when the car was off, we where al like WTF, turned out the was a mouse in his vents running on the fan. only found out when the mouse died in the vent. peeww
