this works for large dents. ie someone leant on your car panel too hard, but what about stone dents and those annoying dents where someone has opened their car door onto your car leaving the "crease type" dent.

well both

paintless dent removal for small dents like from stones.

and proper dent removal for dents in like plastic bumpers.

doubt theres anything you can do without the proper dent removal tools and techniques
probably end up doing more damage if you have no experience with that kinda stuff

with bumpers you can get it into a rough shape but there will always be creases and stuff left from the original impact
you can only puddy + respray to get it right

this would only work for big dents caused by someone leaning on car etc. little stone ones etc it will not work.

dont try it hey.
i searched for a while when i had some dents.
its best to do paintless dent removal with the right tools.
i called a place here in brisbane, they did the job, only cost 100 bucks, but u know its done right, and there isnt the risk of doing more damage yourself.

for all you know the right tools might be the exact elements he is using except in a packaged product
