I'm looking at a pair of angel eye projector headlights off ebay. Has anyone done this and will there be any compatibility issues with the wiring or anything like that?

the link to them is:

any ideas?

hey mate, awesome looking headlights!!

when i got the same sorta setup for my accord i noticed that they had different bulbs? not hard to rewire tho just make sure you disconnect the negative i ble so many fuses and had no idea why it wasn't working!!

as for the angle eyes, just cut the old plugs off and rewire them to the angel eyes (make sure to leave some line on the old socket in case you want to change over!)

hope this helps!

hey mate, dont want to sound negative but i think all that aftermarket stuff ( glitz & glamour stuff im refering to ) is all cheap crap, i put a set of led tail lights in and they'd fog up when it rained, i had to seal it all with silicon which was a pain cos the moisture in there already corroded the housing and made it look stained inside... all up paid $200 or so and then went back to standard after, they always say " as good, or better than oem quality " but there not. same with front lights, my mates EK had the same problem and changed back to standard... as good as they look there not made very well. up to you though...

yeah im abit dubious about them too. its always cheaps crap. i did some reading and people report failing LED halo rings and yellowing projector housings and all sorts of problems.

porbably best to stick with the blessings of brilliantly made honda OEM gear.

i still do love the look though.. anyone done this and got pics? any troubles?

I have the angel eyes on my dc2 and they have been good for the past year! They were no problem to install as long as you can take the front bar off. Mine also still use hb4 globes, so you might wanna check out some other sellers before you buy.
