Hi Guys, I'm Chris , I'm one half of Future Racing Developments Ltd. in the UK and I've come to OZ Honda because some of the fastest Honda's in the world come from the southern hemisphere.

I hope as am Pom I'm still welcome, just hoping to learn more about what you guys are upto with your cars from legends like G AE82 and his Bro.

I drive an '85 Civic with Brown Top D16 on Yamaha R1 carbs, hoping for K20 in the future after I've squeezed all I can from the D:honda:

Welcome to Ozhonda from a Fellow 3G owner :)

Have you happen to Visit Red Pepper Racing (www.redpepperracing.com)

They specialise in 1G crx's and 3G civics :) and are a very good source for info and your contributions would be greatful

Just curious did you come from there?

The AH brothers do some great work (cant wait to see them in action)

Just curious how did you get the Bike Carbs working with the Brown Top? (very interested :)) and just wondering what kind of difficulties you ran with the bike carbs

Very interested :p

Pics please :) :D

Yeah I'm on RPR too as well as the 3GOC. To get the carbs working on the Brown Top wasn't bad at all, the Brown Top has a vac advance dizzy so all that was needed was to have an inlet manifold fabricated then sort fuel supply via a Facet Red Top pump and a regulator to keep the pressure low.
I'll post up my build thread if its OK to as a Newb ??

Thanks dude, it's manual choke on the carbs , I used a 4g GL 1.4 twin carb choke cable and it was the perfect length to route to the new carbs as the original was 4 inches too short to be of use.
