Ok heres the situation. a few months back i had an accident where i kinda went sideway on the the kurb. after that the car felt weird. it tends to swirve to the left. so i went and got my wheel realigned and i notice something.(picture below) the gap between the wheel and the guard on the passenger side of the car is not the same as the driver side. Few days ago i took my car to OTR to get my kit redone and they told me it might have been a bent control arm. but not quite sure. does anyone know what it might be?

If you took it to a mechanic place, i dont see how they could say it "might" be a bent control arm.. and if its off by that much.. i assume that you could simply eyeball the control and tell whether or not it as is actually bent...:S

well my front passenger side is still bent (i drive ek4 so price may be very different to ur euro man lol) but only a lil and i havent fixed, my rear passenger was bent to the max and that costed me 400 for a secondhand assembly including stub axle LCA everything on the rear pasenger except the shock/suspension and then installed myself. i would imagine front to be around 600 or something for mine for whole assembly

LOL, if your chassis was bent, you'd see the body of your car bent like a banana. it is a suspension component and at worse, the subframe itself, both of which are replaceable (at a price)
