Don't need to. My car is 4 years old now, been to track days and all that, doesn't need Wynns engine cleaning. You don't need it either. If you want to clean the combustion chambers, give it some good rev to 7000rpm in 2nd gear.

Yup
High RPM + full throttle + moderate duration = high cylinder temperature which burns up the carbon deposits. 1st gear alone is not so useful. The engine needs some load for it to work against. So 2nd gear. 3rd gear puts you over the speed limit. :(

This is probably a silly question, but would it be good for the car to rev the engine on 2nd gear to high rpm using tiptronic?

On the Auto it actually automatically changes the gear to a lower/higher one. It's not a real manual gear changer ;) So once you get to a point where the engine thinks you should be higher or lower it changes

I guess you can. Coz last time i was in tiptronic and forgot to change gear, it revved up to higher rpm. But I'm not sure does it do the same jobs like what aaronng said in manual car.

I was told by Honda tech that K series engine is very"clean"burning and doesn't require any upper cylinder cleaners at all.

Yes you can. Nothing wrong.
