[CL9] Warranty length

Guys,

Is there any way of checking how much warranty remains on your car...?
(Obvious is to call Honda....)

My wife was given the 5 year warranty with her new Euro in January, and I know the 5 year option was at least available when my car was bought new by the previous owner in 06. Does Honda offer and after purchase warranty extension...?

Mine I believe, is up in Jan 09 (3 year std warranty) but that is assuming that the original owner DIDN'T take out the 5 year option.

You can extend for 2 extra years, honda charges 800 if you extend within the first 2 years of standard warranty, and 1000 in the final year.

I was quoted $895 to extend my CL9 wty 1 month before it expired.

Just called the original dealer and found the warranty expires in 6 months... :(
Oh well.... still can't copmplain for a second hand car.

PLUS looks like I have the option to extend the warranty..!

I got the 5yr warranty and Honda sent out additional paperwork to support this. I am wondering if HondaOne can show you this information?
