I recently purchased a second hand 2004 Accord Euro with a rear spoiler that I wish wasn't there.
What would you recommend I do to remove it? Body shop? New boot? And if people can advise on what they estimate the prices would be for the option they recommend.
Thanks.

You can remove it, but you'll be left with 6 fugly holes in your boot.

you're fugly

i removed mine. there are 6 holes. get some rubber stoppers from autobarn or supercheap and plug them in. make sure you put on touchup paint after you take it off as the paint will be chipped from the screws.

+1 Just replace the boot lid. So much easier and no eventual corrosion.

Otherwise, use tape. Gives a more water tight seal and is more flush.

use blanking grommets. or do a swap with someone without spoiler.

But you still have to spray it to match the colour, hard to find many colours...
I got the rubber grommets in there as I cant justify the money.

Theres actually more difference than that that no one else has ever mentioned.

The 03-05 brake light's reflective pattern is grid, the 06-08's tail light's pattern is round, don't know how to explain in worlds but hope you get it lol
