Just wondering if you have to get an engineers cert for a exhuast manifold? I've got a standard ek4 b16 with mugen 4-1. In victoria.

hahaha talk about spamage!
just to be frank, you wouldn't get pulled over, they would just do a visual inspection to see if your car has any illegal mods the most.
Then if it's loud etc. then you will prob end up getting EPA and whatever they do.

dont listen to these guys.
anything you change on your car is classed as a modification, and can be deemed a defect.
especially anything to do with exhasut/intake, that could effect emissions.
hence, the defect for headers.
technically, you need am engineers cert for every modification you amke
