The teg VTi-R LCA is used for EG/DC style suspension. That is, the way the shock mounts to the LCA is a fork style.
The DC2R LCA is for EG6/DC2R suspension only. DC2R/EG6 style suspension has an eye joint at the bottom and this goes inside the LCA.

For what reason are you changing LCA's? to fit a sway bar, new suspension etc etc

If the suspension you have bought is for DC2R/EG6 then yes you will need the DC2R lower control arms also to fit them. Fronts will be fine.

This is what you'll need:

dc2-r rear lca's are different to the other dc2's - vtir/gsi model as dc2-r rear lca uses sussy where the end is round joint type that goes inside the lca while vtir/gsi have fork type at the end of the sussy which sits over the lca.

lca from eg and dc will fit each other no problems.
