Hey guys

Just need clarification:
Is the Civic EK1 hub size 56.1mm?

Also,
Do i have to go to tyre places to get them? or do repco and autobahn has them...

I am not sure but hope this can help your 2 questions... and maybe you can get one of sellers to test fit to see the size.

According to this thread you would probably have to look @ the size of the hub ring fittings on the rims too because theres inner and outter diameters for snug fit of the ring.

get the hub rings from a wheel shop, they should have it in stock.
eg. bob jane (i had to wait a day to order them, 4 rings) $24 all up. they come in plastic or aluminium. my one from bob n jane was plastic like these.

yes 56.1mm for your EK, get it from a tyre shop cos they can source them easy.

and if it's a nylon/plastic type and if they dont fit tight inside the wheel bore put some silastic to glue them on the wheel. Cos you dont want them to fly off when you remove your wheel next.

no need with oem wheels
only with aftermarket wheels with larger centre holes(don't think it's the right name but you get what i mean)

done, thats all need to know

I already have hub rings but they are deteriorating cause they have been on the car for yonks and is plastic.

I have other sets of rims with the same outter hub ring size as the ones I have fitted on the car so i'm gonna bring it to the tyre place and see what fits and i can just tell them the inner size for the ring. Didn't what to take out one ring and try drive to the shop without one ring hah. Hope that make sense.

Thanks guys!
