does anyone have installation instructions or pics of the J's Racing ETD for the s2000.

I bought one with the exhaust heat shield off someone on ozhonda and i think they left out the bolt that goes into the head of the engine that connects the bracket from the ETD.

But he persistently says that it bolts to an existing bolt in the head??

Can someone help me out here!!!!

cheers ..

This is what should be in the kit you purchased:

And this is how it fits:

Here's how mine looks installed
There should be a little black allen key bolt which goes into the block to mount the bracket. Ill take a photo of it tomorrow for you.

farout man if i had my car here i would help ya, i put the j's racing in including the etd. you have to use the stock engine bolt for it and the heat shield if you have stock headers fits directly i think ! but i have toda headers so i had to modify it to sit higher

All they talk about in in s2ki link is how the fuse box gets in the way.. i take it its not a problem for us??

Do you guy's recommend this part? does is feel smoother?

Is it different to the spoon version?

so wat ur saying is:

the bolt that connects the etd to the actual engine is already on the engine?
If i use TODA Headers I will not be able to use the heat deflector shield without modification?

thanx for your help..

thats right, it comes with the kit but the hole is already on the engine although i modified my heat shield to sit higher thats all cause of the headers
