is australian s2k share the same front lower arm with usdm's
i been check on price for usdm's front lower control arm(passenger side) and the price for both side are slightly different $ 5+/-
so just wondering is it because the reason of left hand drive and right hand drive setting r different?

That's something I'm not totally sure on TBH.
Perhaps best bet would be to call up your local Honda Parts division and ask of their knowledge?

They are the same.
Most parts are the same LHD to RHD.

yes as above - LHD and RHD control arms are generally universal.
This refers to almost ALL suspension parts for all cars

But if they were the same part numbers, the pricing would be the same?

you would be surprised. Different models of cars , even with same part numbers attract different prices. for example Parts specific to integras - if you ask to suit "type r" will often be more expensive than their base model sibling.
