Civic Type R EP3 suspension question

Hi,

Can anybody tell me if the Civic Type R EP3 has the same suspension platform/layout as the Civic Si in the USA?

I am after suspension for my car, and trying to order from the USA.

Would anybody have the product number for the buddyclub n+ for the civic type R EP3?
I was told the DC5R cannot fit unless you change tie rods for the rears, can anyone confirm?

For DC5 sussy to fit EP3 i beleive inverted tie rod ends are needed. Not sure if its the same as the Si.
