Okay, forgive my lack of knowledge of civics, i've never owned one, and never really looked into them.

But for my b-series swap into my gen1 teg, i need a rear engine bracket.

In USDM terms, they say i need a 99-00 Civic Si, Part Number 50827-S04-N10. A quick wikipedia has revealed that the 99-00 Civic Si is in fact an EM1, with a b16a2 motor.

So in terms of this rear bracket, can i assume that any EK civic with a b16a would have the some rear engine bracket as an EM1? specifically an EK4

thanks in advance

All B series rear engine mounts are the same, I dare say the rear brackets would be also? Unless the gen1 subframe is different, I cant see the problem of using any B series rear bracket / mount, someone correct me if im wrong

Incorrect. Ek4/ DC2/EG6 rear engine bracket are different.

YES EM1 and EK4 uses the same bracket. If your doing a B swap in a gen 1 i would think you'll need a DA9 bracket. All depends on mounts i guess.
