Mugen Quick Shifter for EuroR

Hi there,
After posting last thread of K&N oil filter, i got plenty of help from you guys. And
the filter is on the way, i will be installing it in next week.

When you start thinking modify your car , you just cant stop..Well, i came across one affordable staff that is the mugen quick shifter. I searched the forum but couldnt find anything relevant..

By how much can it improve the shift distance compared to a stock??
Have any of you guys installed this? Will the product for Euro R readily fit into accord euro??

I'm a rookey... too much questions maybe..

P.S.
Have a friend studying in Jap, So i'm now looking at 300$ rough for the whole kit.

A couple of people here have them in their Euros. Mugen/Spoon are the same. Maybe come to the Euro Meet (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=96068) and get a demo from one of the guys that have it installed?

That sells here for about $345.
