I bought a conversion harness for my integra, I used my p72 ecu, its fired up but its turns off straight away.
I used a p73 ecu and it works normally, i really need the p72 to work properly because im running b18c2 motor.
Been researching, i know that other other obd2 ecu like p72 or p2t require crank sensor wether for the p73, the sensor is built inside the ecu.
what can i do to get the p72 to work, probably need to wire up that sensor, anyone got a clue where the pin is located in the obd1 and obd2?

Is your fuel pump running when u use the conversion harness?
one thing to watch for on the OBD2 side of the harness is that the fuel pump wire is in the right hole, its either A15 or A16,cant remember, try both.
u dont need the crank sensor(located near the crank pulley) on the OBD1 P72

OBDIIa and OBDI CKP CYP TDC are all in the Dizzy and are cpomatible with the ECU's
the CKF ( Crank Shaft Fluctuation ) sensor is the one on the Crank of the Yank engines.
your OBDIIa P72 probably has the Immobiliser Still in it causing the engine not to Run

Im pretty sure it doesnt have immobiliser because it fired up then it turns off.

my p73 immobliser has been removed already using ur DIY guide, it still doesnt fire up. I used that p73 on another car and it fired up.
But the thing is it starts up for 2 sec then turns off

ok then,
your harness could be dodgey. If you get stuck I can check your harness and ECU for you.
what car is it in
