Will the rims from A VTIR prelude fit a 1998 Accord V6?

The Stud pattern is the same and the offset is too but the tyres are 205/50, Accords run on 205/65's.

Is it safe to put the 205/50's on ?

yeah bud they will be fine the 2nd number refers to the actual wall of the tire, how much profile it has the lower the number the lower the profile and vice versa

should fit quite easily. if your car is standard height u wont have any problems.

I can see 2 possible problem that you might have with the tyres.
-1. Not a big problem but your speed will be inaccurate, guessing that factory rims are 15" you will be about 5km/h slower when your doing 100km/h
-2. Can be a big problem. I'm guessing that the load rating of the 16" tyres will be less than the 15". In an event of an accident an insurance company can refuse to pay for your damage if they see that your using a lower load rating as its illegal.

The profile is way to low for an accord trust me...im running 205/50/15 and im totalli regretting...my sidewalls flex like crazy and buldge cause the load rating doesnt match the car

Soo depending on the tyres load rating.... your better off with a 205/55 or 205/60.. If you ask me.. if its 100% safe.. then my answer would be no....

I was told they have a different Centre Bolt too, but its my understanding that they both have a 70.3 centre bolt?

I'm not sure what rims you are using or the load rating of your tyres.

Assuming you are using stock rims, your tyre width is also contributing to your excessive flex. the stock rims are only 5.5 in wide and even the 195 tyres that come as standard require an optimum width of 6in rim.

so if you running 205 on a 5.5 in, the flex will be excessive.
