i have a full sports exhaust system now..apart from da headers..which i will be getting soon off a guy..he said it's apexi...4-2-1...
2nd hand.
dunno if it's good ..give suggestions..anyone got that one?

also after fitting headers..and i got intake system already.
would that help my performance? or do i need to tune it with some ECU or VAFC? or would it be fine..just let it stay without the computer tuning?

yeah its fine you dont need to tune it...

but if u want more power from the header...u need some tunable computer to get the most out of it... good luck dud

you wont need to tune it as the apexi header is a bolt on item designed to be used with factory ecu

you wont' blow up the engine or anything if u run it with the stock ecu
but if budget allows, get a ecu which can be tuned to extract every kw out of the setup
(side note, make sure the tuner is good or he'll blow up the engine)

u will feel a good gain on top end after u drop the 4-2-1 in even without tuning it~

yup agreed..no need to tune... but after a month or so your body will "learn" the mod and you will want to go faster.. in which case save up for a power FC.

Intake. Then work on a port matched Intake Manifold. At the end of the day it's all about the air flow path. But I do agree with the other aswell that an ECU will tune the air/fuel correctly to ensure your getting the right power out of your car.

yeah extractors are the next best mod.
you dont need an ECU.. you can get one if u think your gonna get further mods.
I have not ever heard of any ECU which nabbed power from the mentioned mods apart from hondata... dont know why.. (do a search)
You oem clutch would hold a car with the mods listed but a lightened fly wheels would be ok...

i would then attack valve train.. and change everything accordinly to budget and usuage and tune with ECU.
