Mugen 4-1 Header clearance on a b16a/EK4

Hey for those of you's that have used mugen 4-1's what is the ground clearance like comparing to the tri y design on a b16a?

because the tri y's hang very low....

or even if you've had them on another with a b16a

let me know what the clearance is like..

Of course tri-y hang low. They were design for the b18c not b16a.

if you want header with good clearance , run some TODA or 5zigen header.

Of course tri-y hang low. They were design for the b18c not b16a.

putting them on tomorrow.. then slam the car abit and then we'll see!

well i got the headers installed.. there is MUCH MUCH better clearance on these headers.

comparing them to tri y's.. the tri y's angled down more than the mugens.

my cat sits much higher and the flange isnt scraping.. the headers pull up the cat and resonator to clear much better also..

so more slammage here i come!..

oh yeah forgot to mention.. it sits about 1/2 of a piping below the sump.. so close to oem headers i would say..

they were very simliar to my jdm itr 4-1's in clearance wise.. if not exactly the same..
