How much does it cost to get a horn fully installed from the steering wheel?

Hello peeps, just one quick question does any1 know how much does it cost to get a horn installed from scratch? including the horn and all wires and stuff.
When i brought a EG civic it didnt come with a horn, think the guy cut the wires off.

But seriously.... easiest (but probably not most economical way) to get horn going..... source the unit then take it to a auto sparky.

If he takes more than 30 mins trout slap him.

its easy to do urself
just follow that wire that leads from the horn (should be the ground wire)
and follow it to the steering column, or if its cut shorter, extend it.
ok now if u have a horn button, wire that ground wire to the horn button and it should work.
If the horn button isnt getting any ground, make sure it does
