can someone tell me what resistance values i should get between the referance cable and ecu 0v and sync cable and ecu 0v .....I am getting 3k ohm on each ... they run from distributor to ecu ( using motec at the moment ).....CAR WILL NOT START <<<TRYING TO WORK OUT WHY......My distributor is a Td- 84u out of 96 integra vtir.....not getting any spark,,, changed out the coil and icm with a borrowed one ...though i used hitachi icm instead of nec ....hope someone knows their electrical stuff

are you powering the distributor blk/yel wire with 12v,

are you pulsing the blue wire to the distributor for ignition ?, if so with how much voltage.

yes powering the distributor with black/yellow
but blue wire is for tacho or do you mean the blue wire going to the ckp sensor ,,,yellow/ green is ignition input do you mean this wire..i get 12v on the green/ yellow wire

if some knows there motec plug I have 3k ohms between pins 6 and 27 ....also 3 k ohms between pin 8 and 27 ,,,,is this right

the blure wire or yell/grn coming from the same connector as the TDC CYP CKP ( Not the big blue wire next to the blk/yel wire )

thats the ICM input

yellow /green on my distributor
turn ignition on I get bat voltage, then when engine cranks it drops slightly..
i am thinking that the ecu is not sending a signal to fire ,,,what in the distributor is telling the ecu to send the signal
