Okay--SUCH A NOOB QUESTION!!!!
on the RTA website, it says learners are restricted to 660ml bikes.
bikes are advertised in cc's though!
so how does that convert (or doesnt it?) n whats legal?

i think 660ml would equat to a 660cc bike on the LAMs list

Yes. Just to confirm: 1cc = 1mL.

and learn to use google calculator... "660mL in cc" results in "660 mL = 660 cc"
