I have had my lude for about 2 years now (96 Vtir) manual. Since I got the car the clutch was engaging a bit high off the pedal but then from reading forums it seems to be normal for hondas. Anyway I have done about 40k since I got the car with no problems but now taking off from the lights and chaning gears at lower speeds is pretty sluggish. Not long ago I had to reverse up a steep driveway and I had no choice but to ride the clutch a bit until I made it to flat ground otherwise the car would stall. After this first gear started slipping until I let it cool off, so yea everthing points to a new clutch to me.

How much roughly will it cost for a new clutch + labour in a shop? I am in Melb, if anybody knows some good places let me know, thanx guys
