Eg headers

Just wondering whether its worth getting headers on my d16y1 sohc vtec.. does anybody know how much power it will produce compared to the stock header.. from past past experience or someone has done it before...

generally how much power can i gain from headers?

it will slightly change your power band but not increase power.
It will feel alittle peppier thats it.
