it saids on the manual 12V - 60/55W (H4/HB2)

i've got 55W H4, does that mean it's too low W?

if u put 125 u might not have enough voltage running through it and results in less bright light

and also in some case that you might have enough voltage power and melted the headlight because the bulb is way too hot for the design

try in you house with filament 25W BULB compare to 100W which 1 is hotter? ;)

low beam and high beam.

60/55w refers to low beam 60watt & high beam 55watt.

It draws more power compared to stock wattage (55watt) so no, it won't be less bright.

if anyone doesn't have a clue about what they are posting, then they shouldn't, false information FTL.

see too much of it now on OzHonda.

can someone pls explain? cheerssome brands have this super duper magical thing which they claim their bulbs are rated at 55watt but produce the light of 100 watts or whatever else.

if its h4, just make sure it's rated at 60/55w

technically, using the 100/90 or higher than standard wattage makes them not comply with ADR

the box of my new bulbs show "H4 12V 135/125W" - does that mean its too high?

edit: ahh nvm, i've learnt that the 135/125W means the output....where as the other 55W i was talking about means input. i'm right yeh? lol

edit: tried attaching a photo...just wouldnt workdid you even read what...........never mind.

most normal everyday road cars with H4 are rated at 60/55watt

you can decide wethe you want to use the bulbs you have.

just don't post up threads like "my headlights are melted, what should i do"

or

"my headlights stopped working, what should i do?" most likely from melted and shorted wires.

ROFL !!! bludger

just refund them and get lower head light

you dont want to melt those headlight or else you fork out 1 k instead of getting the bulb change for under 30 dollars

6000k is most suitable kelvin i would recommend for daily use.

8000k is just more bluish.
