Well its time to change my clutch as it keeps slipping and pressure point is way too high. Which Clutch is better DC2R standard clutch or Exedy HeavyDuty Clutch?. Also can get the DC2R flywheel (package with clutch) , will it fit onto my DC4? and how much of a difference will it make ? Will i need to machine the DC2R flywheel if i use the clutch it came from? or only if i use the exedy hd?

I have a stock DC2R flywheel for sale if you want it. It was removed at 30,000km's. So it's still good. Just needs a machining so it can bed in with a new clutch surface.
Has the clutch been slipping recently, or was that when you has your tyres on 50 psi? Are you 100% it's your clutch that is slipping, and not your tyres spinning up. Sorry just thought i'd ask, as it's a common mistake people make.
Just an FYI, Majority of aftermarket clutches are rebranded Exedy. So yeah, exedy is great. I have been using them, and they have held up very well.
IMHO when you are changing clutches, you need to think ahead a little. I have read that you are changing your engine soon. If you do put a B18C7 ir the likes in your DC4, what are you going to do it? How much power is it going to have? Turbo, NA, torque, kW?
A regular exedy Sports organic will not hold up with around 140kW. So depending on power output you aim to achieve, you'll need to see what type of clutch you'll get to harness that power.
Also another thing to think about, now that your box needs to come off, and for you to save on labour is; How is the gearbox, does it need new syncros? Do I want an LSD? Should I just buy a DC2R box now? Have a good think what you want to do around that region, as you do save quite a bit on labour there.
Anyways, goodluck on the hunt for clutches, it can be a b***h if you don't 100% know what you are after.

Well the engine rite now doesnt have a gearbox so im waiting untill i save up a bit more and install together. Im pretty sure the clutch is gone as i change from 2nd gear and i accelerate the sound has changed and it just revs freely and the car cant reach speed quick anymore. The pressure point has changed and the clutch has gone very soft. Im not going to the turbo the engine so exedy hd is fine. So back to my initial question which clutch is better Standard DC2R clutch or Exedy HD? and how much does it cost to machine a typeR flywheel ?(i already have a flywheel but thanks for the offer)

imo exedy HD would b better because it's still an aftermarket clutch whereas the dc2R one is still designed for a street car.
and if ur talking about a new exedy HD vs a used dc2R then i think it's clear that the exedy hd would b the best.

Flywheel machine is $50 or so. The mechanic shop will do this for you.
Generally Exedy HD's cost $600 - $650, i'm pretty sure. Dunno where your couz got one for $350?
For work, I would definately recommend Touge Tune, or IS Motor Racing. Both shops will do it in a few hours, and the work is amazing!

Was it second hand or something?
Actually Touge Tune is moving soon, and Ben is way too busy. Just go to ISMR. They are pro too!
